Автомобіль як і раніше доступний, з останнім сервіс два місяці тому, дуже хороший стан, жодної аварії подій, жодних подряпин або вм'ятин, журнал і з усіма необхідними документами, щоб зробити продаж. Я родом з Іспанії, і мені довелося трудового договору в Україні, але останнім часом моєї роботи контракт закінчився і я повернувся до Іспанії, де це досить складно і дорого зареєструватися або їздити машини. Автомобіль до цих пір українські документи і поставляється з повною сервісною історією і всі податки сплачуються, за додаткові специфікації не соромтеся, дайте мені знати. I want to inform you that on this morning i was to the transport company and i leave the car and all papers in their custody and they sealed it on container, waiting for my potential buyer so they can register the delivery in his details. During this night i will fly to Copenhagen.
My boss send me there to sign some contracts. The transport costs will be covered by me and you only need to pay the price of the car. So if you will be definetly interested to buy my car get back to me with your full shipping details so i can contact the transport company and register the delivery on your details. After that the company will contact with you regarding the payment method, where you must transfer 35% from the amount of the car and also will give you all shipping details to see when the car will arrive at your home address. I also attached you a copy of my ID to see with who you speak.
The transport company will not deliver any car until will have the scanned paper of the transfer to prove that your really made the transfer because in the past they had some bad experiences sending some cars to Ukraine and when the transports arrived to the respective address nobody was there or answer to their phone calls so they will not take that risk again to lose money for anything. But when the car will arrive at your home address you will have 3 days to inspect,test and check the car and to see if the car is as described. If by any reason you do not want to keep it you will be fully refunded in the same day.
When i leave Ukraine after my divorce i put on the car temporary numbers so i can drive also the car here in Spain for a period of 6 months and when i tried to register the car here i realized that is too expensive for me and will be more easy to sell it in Ukraine if still have ukrainian paper. When the car will arrive at your provided address the trucker will help you at police to put ukrainian numbers for 350 USD because this is the only tax that remain to be paid until to receive ukrainian numbers.

We agree and i explain in all my emails until to start the transaction with the company and pay the transport cost to your home address 988 euros you agree to pay 35% from the total price of the car . What do you make now? Are you joke with my money that i paid for the transport . I respect my part from our deal and like i promise you in all my emails that i pay the transport cost and i told that you need to pay 35% from the total price of the car and agree. Now you told me that we agree to pay when the car will deliver at your home address. I explain in all my emails that the transport company will not deliver anything until have 35% from the total price of the car because they in the past have bad experience sending cars to Ukraine.

Do not get me wrong you because i have all the emails that i speak with you and i read all again now. Approximately in all emails until to contact the transport company and register the delivery i say you that i pay the transport cost to your home address that will cost be about 1000 euros and you need to pay 35% from the total price of the car. Also i say that if you agree with all my terms in all emails that i write you get back to me with your details to contact the company and register the delivery , and after that the company will contact you with the payment method to pay the 35% from the total price of the car. You agree and give me your full details with your phone number to start the transaction.
Please see again the all emails that we speak and see that you agree for all this that i say you now.
I also attached you a copy of payment to see that i paid the transport cost to your home address.
I cannot pay me 35% from the total price of the car because we agree something else before that me i will pay the transport cost that cost me 988 euros and you 35% from the total price of the car that will be about 2000 USD. Also i explain you that the transport company will not deliver anything until have this amount because in the past they have bad experience sending cars to Ukraine and they told me that their director put some rules about the delivery that must be respected and i think that all companies have rules that must be respected.

I just contacted the transport company and told them to give you again the details where to send the money. They told me that explain many times that their account is on hold now and unavailable to receive money and this is the reason that give you another payment method where to send the money on their agent name and address.

Follow what the company explain to you and make the transfer.

I worked in Kiev now 1 year ago and the car was put on temporal account on 10-09-2010.

The trucker of the company will be my relatives in Ukraine and will can represent me on the police ukrainian and notary to make the contract and everything to be legal. Understand me that when the car will arrive at your home address you will have 3 days to inspect,test and check the car and in this days the trucker can come with you at police and notary to give them the documents where will proof that all taxes for registration are paid and remain only this of 350 USD so you can receive back ukrainian numbers. And in case everything will not be same like i say you in this 3 days that you have for inspection you can refuse the car and the company will give your money back in the same day.
